Riley Duncan is a consummate professional in providing me with the needed info while I looking for a home. He quickly responded to every phone call and request I had while home shopping, even though I spent over a year looking into options down here in SW Florida. Simply stated, Riley Duncan was a Godsend. Last summer we were in dire straights to find rental housing for our son, who had decided to go off on his own to live in Fort Myers (from New England). With expertise and calmness Riley single-handedly found him accommodations that exceeded our expectations. He was the sense of calmness in an otherwise chaotic atmosphere. Most recently, we called upon Riley once again to help us find a home to purchase in Fort Myers. Once again, Riley didn't disappoint. He patiently answered all of our questions and never missed an appointment. Riley took us though the process and helped tremendously in making our final decision. He guided us through each facet of the endeavor and was always patient, professional and most courteous. Keep in mind that we were purchasing a home in Fort Myers while still living in Rhode Island. Selecting a home is a daunting task in your own locale so you can image the logistical problems of making a purchase 1500 miles away! Riley was like a magician. He never failed to answer our myriad e-mails and phone calls in a most timely manner. He even attended to our needs while he was on his vacation! He was there for us at every turn. We could have never pulled this off had it not been for Riley. My wife, son and I would like to offer our most high and unequivocal recommendation of Riley Duncan. In you're looking to rent or purchase a home in the Fort Myers area, you'll not be disappointed with Riley. You may also consider the fact they we are a couple in our 60's and we've dealt with many, many realtors before. Riley is tops!
